These Terms govern your use of the Vedic Trade AI platform operated by SRIVALLI TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Service description
Vedic Trade AI provides behavioral analytics derived from your own historical trading data, combined with Vedic timing references. This is an educational and analytical service only — not investment advice and not a SEBI-registered advisory.
2. User obligations
- You will provide accurate account information.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
- You are solely responsible for trading decisions you make.
3. Payment terms
- Pro plan: ₹699 per month, billed monthly.
- Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedic Trade AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
